THE ANCHORAGE guest suite can accommodate one to six people at one booking. You may be a couple away for a special weekend, visitors to New Zealand, campervan travellers, a family on a holiday or a group of friends visiting for a specific event. One group, one booking for this luxury suite.
Access to the bed and breakfast suite is gained through its own entrance via an external pathway which gives access to both the apartment front door and private patio area.
The bedroom contains a queen-sized bed, 100% cotton percale sheets and bed linen, generous double wardrobe, remote-controlled ceiling fan, heating panel on the wall, and a beautiful rimu free-standing tilt mirror.
The separate lounge contains two, two-seater leather suites for your comfort. Sit back and relax; watch satellite TV or Netflix or read a book. Free Wi-Fi is also available. The lounge also has a fully stocked kitchenette.
Two sets of custom-built king-single bunks (which can sleep up to four people) are located against one wall of this lounge. These bunks have been designed to be screened off with roller blinds when not in use. The bunks are separated by a carpeted staircase for easy access to the top bunks. 100% cotton percale sheets and bed linen are also supplied.
Both the bedroom and lounge have sliding double glazed doors that open onto the west facing private patio. This patio comprises modern rattan furniture and a Webber BBQ for your own use.
There is a separate tiled bathroom with a walk-in shower. Pamper yourself (or yourselves) in the free-standing bath enjoying the bubble bath and bath salts which are available for your use.
There is a separate toilet. Both the bathroom and toilet have tiled underfloor heating to keep you cosy.
The suite is paraplegic friendly – with ramped access, grab rails in the toilet and bathroom and extra wide doors and passageway.
Continental breakfast is included in the daily room tariff. We also offer a celiac gluten free option, where we supply a separate toaster and chopping board, and GF toast bread and muesli. Please advise your requirements when you book.
There is also access to the owner’s laundry facilities should you feel the need to catch up on your washing while staying with us.
